Sunday, March 2, 2025 is Oscar Night 2025: Today, on the ABC Network, Channel 7, I decided to check out the 97th Academy Awards at the Dolby Theater, in Hollywood, California, and this year’s host was Conan O’Brien.

At 12:30pm, I checked out the Pre-Oscar show on the red carpet, which was mostly interviews as well as a brief fashion discussion. George Pennacchio interviewed some celebrities. Black cars slowly drove over the red-carpet streets to drop off celebrities at the Dolby entrance, which was already filled with people, dressed in a gown or suit, hanging out together and waiting for the Dolby doors to open. Clayton Davis also interviewed some celebrities. Gold, red, black/white combos, embroidery, embellishments, and sparkling sequins were popular Oscar 2025 fashion styles. Fashion Trends include sparkly and shiny gowns for women as well as sparkly and shiny accents for men. One man wore a shiny gold sequin vest as an accent for his black and white suit. June Squibb, now 95, is still acting. Her gown had colorful sequins glistening under the light. I noticed lots of glamour this year. Ariana wore a modern pale pink gown.

There were also lots of Old Hollywood nostalgic styles as well as polka dot dresses and suits for men and women. Cynthia Erivo promoted Elphaba’s style, dressed in a wickedly velvet green gown as well as wickedly very long and decorative fingernails. Her fingers were adorned with many rings. I noticed lots of gowns with black-bow accent, which reminded me of KFC’s Colonel Sanders’ iconic black and white outfit. Colonel Sanders was a Freemason. This year’s Oscar fashions was all about glamour and sensuality. Bob Iger, President of ABC Network, stated that the LA communities have come together to rebuild Los Angeles after the LA fires destroyed many homes. Many ABC employees had lost their homes in the fire. It will likely take a while, as the LA communities have come together to help affected residents build new homes. Julianne Hough and Jesse Palmer interviewed celebrities on the red carpet. Demi Moore, Zoe Saldana, Ariana Grande, and Kieran Culkin are some that stopped to chat. Julianne paid a tribute to all the indigenous people worldwide, who had land stolen from them by Zionists. Such people include Native Americans, indigenous Canadians, Palestinians, Africans, and Australian Aboriginals.

The Oscar Show started at four o’clock with a tribute to Hollywood. A scene of Dorothy clicking her ruby slippers together while chanting “There is no place like home,” opened the show. Ariana Grande, dressed in a red shiny gown, sang “Somewhere Over the Rainbow.” Cynthia Erivo, dressed in a white gown with purple cascading floral embellishments, sang a song. Cynthia and Ariana sang together. A shiny pink heart glistened in the background, against a dark sky. Conan O’Brien suddenly crawls out of Elisabeth Sparkle’s spine, from her naked body lying on the white tile The Substance’s floor. On the Oscar stage, he hosted this year’s Academy Awards Show. He performed his introductory monologue, stating that the Oscars will always be an annual ritual.

Oscar Highlights

Justice for Indigenous people worldwide, including a Free Palestine, coexisting with Israelis together in peace, harmony, and brotherhood, without Zionist Terrorism.

Different cultures and different countries won an Oscar Award, displaying variety in this year’s Academy Awards Show.

A Tribute to actors who played James Bond. A red and black musical performance, with Margaret Qualley dancing and Lisa singing. Another singer performs in front of a light blue animated spirograph design. Another singer performs in front of a bright orange and yellow circular background, which looks more like the brightness and overheated sun, while there is smoke on the stage floor.

Tribute to the LA Fire Department for dealing with the fires in the LA area.

Oprah & Whoopie paid tribute to Quincy Jones, before Queen Latifa sang The Wiz song, “Come on Down.”

In Memoriam noted the recent death of 95-year-old Gene Hackman. (He was found decomposed in his New Mexico home, along with his decomposing but bloated wife and one of his three dogs, which sounds quite suspicious). Other dead people in the industry were listed. But they forgot to mention a recent death of 39-year-old Michelle Trachtenberg, a child actress who recently died after liver transplant surgery because of a cardiac arrest.

The Oscars lasted a little bit longer, until 7:30PM, and an encore presentation of the Oscars started again at 8PM or 8:30PM.
