Paddington in Peru Trailer, Cast, OTT release date, and Plot

Trailer: Paddington in Peru | 2024

You probably had a favorite cuddly toy as a child? In the past, in my childhood, it made a lot of difference whether you were a girl or a boy. Girls mainly played with dolls, and boys with bears or bunnies, or did you have another cuddly toy? I had a teddy bear; I called him grumpy bear. I remember very well that somewhere in my young life there was a moment when he was taken away by my parents, I had to “grow up“!

Do you think I missed my grumpy bear? Yes, I still miss my “grumpy bear” every day, and that’s why I’m now crazy about “Paddington Bear“, the bear that was originally invented by the now deceased author Michel Bond. When the author invented Paddington, he drew on his war memories, with evacuees and refugees in mind. The marmalade devouring bear with his blue jacket and brown cover has become a folk hero in England, after he celebrated her jubilee with Queen Elisabeth.

Next author was Paddington Bear a refugee; it was a refugee with a label. It reminded him of the time in the Second World War when he was still a child himself, and his parents took in children evacuated from London in their home in Reading. The stories about Paddington are now published in 30 countries.

Where to Watch Paddington in Peru and Why?

Have you seen the latest movie “Paddington in Peru” yet? This new film starts when Paddington Bear starts when the creature tries to make the crossing to London in a lifeboat, simply because he doesn’t know where else to go. In his mind, he thought of London as a safe haven, but that was disappointing at first. The majority of the inhabitants of London only ignored the bear. This changed when he met the Brown family by chance, and they offered him a place to sleep. As a result, the bear finally finds a safe place to sleep. Stellar cast including Hugh Bonneville, Emily Mortimer, Antonio Banderas, Olivia Colman, Julie Walters, Madeleine Harris, Samuel Joslin, Jim Broadbent, Carla Tous, Ben Whishaw, Imelda Staunton. It is available to stream on Prime Video from February 14, 2025

What did Paddington Bear learn from his new “family” in England?

The bear quickly felt at home with the Brown family, and without elaborating too much on this fantastic new film, I can tell you that afterwards he himself thought he learned three very important things in London.

  • 1. What it feels like to live in a hospitable home.
  • 2. The right to work as a refugee.
  • 3. How important “documents” can be in a bear life!

How “Paddington in Peru” can also change your life?

How you can change and enrich your life, and the lives of many others is something you will have to see for yourself when you visit the cinema in your city. I hope that you, like me, can once again look in the mirror sincerely, and empathize with all those people who need your safety and protection at a certain time in their lives. I wish you a lot of fun and wisdom if you can visit the movie “Paddington in Peru”.
