Walk-in Drive Details Dates: Every Tuesday & Thursday until October 29, 2024 Time: 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM Venue: 3rd Floor, GCoE Office, Giga Space, Viman Nagar, Pune Number of Positions: 30 Shift: Night shift only Role Overview: As a Senior Process Analyst in Operations, you will be the primary point of contact for managing the underwriting and binding of accounts/policies. Your responsibilities will include ensuring accurate invoicing and timely delivery of policies, while maintaining strong communication between clients and internal teams. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the main contact for underwriting and policy binding. Ensure accurate invoicing and policy delivery. Manage client communication and coordinate with internal teams. Collect necessary information for underwriting and bind policies. Maintain and organize policy documents. Skills & Qualifications: Experience: Minimum 3+ years in an international BPO/KPO setting within the insurance industry (mandatory). Expertise in Property & Casualty and Surplus Lines is a must.
